Key Responsibilities- Handling air import shipments from start to finish
- Managing high value cargo with accuracy and discretion
- Preparing and processing all import documentation
- Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers
- Arranging customs clearance and liaising with HMRC as required
- Using CargoWise for all operational processes
- Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to clients
- Ensuring full compliance with import regulations
- Resolving any operational issues or delays
- Strong knowledge of air import operations (start to finish)
