Complete customs import entries. Liaise with overseas agents, customers and internal teams. Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely invoicing. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries. Requirements: Previous experience in Sea Freight Imports. Customs knowledge is essential. Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast paced environment.
