We are recruiting on behalf of a leading air cargo and logistics business for an ambitious External Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with new and existing customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored logistics solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Manage customer queries efficiently, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the business.
  • Occasional UK and international travel as required.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in sales or business development (experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is highly desirable).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
