Job Description

We are looking to hire two experienced Export / import clerks to a busy air-freight team:

Export / Import Coordinator – with strong knowledge of export and import procedures, customs entries, airway bills (AWBs), and general freight documentation. Ideally with valid Dangerous Goods (DG) training/certification.

Both roles will be hands-on and varied, combining office responsibilities with warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process export/import documentation (mainly air freight, some ocean).
  • Pack and label dangerous goods shipments in accordance with regulations.
  • Load and unload vehicles and containers safely and efficiently.
  • Liaise with carriers, customs, and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant legislation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding, air cargo, or related logistics roles.
  • For Role 1: solid understanding of export/import procedures, customs entries, and AWBs.
  • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse work (lifting, loading, packing).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good IT and communication skills.
  • Monday to Friday schedule—no shift work.
