Seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Driver's Mate to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working alongside experienced drivers and installation teams, you will gain valuable hands-on experience delivering, positioning and installing high-value equipment for customers across a variety of sectors.
As a Junior Driver's Mate, you will support the delivery crew with a range of tasks, ensuring customer equipment is transported, handled and installed safely and professionally. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with deliveries, installations and collections of customer equipment.
- Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring all items are checked, secure and ready for transit.
- Supporting the delivery, positioning and installation of equipment at customer sites.
- Carrying out manual handling duties, including lifting and moving equipment safely.
- Completing delivery documentation, timesheets and job-related paperwork accurately.
- Obtaining proof of delivery and collection where required.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and customer service.
- Supporting the wider team with additional duties as required by the business.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable and willing to learn. You will have:

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and occasional early starts or late finishes.
