Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Import/Export Freight Forwarder to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 23 years freight forwarding experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and issuing customer quotations. Arranging and setting up import and export shipments. Managing shipments from door to door. Liaising with customers via telephone and email. Monitoring shipment progress and providing regular updates. Ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Working closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth movement of freight.
