Job Description
NEW VACANCY – Our client is looking for a bright, experienced customer services & operations clerk to join their Heathrow courier / Express division.Duties include:
Daily Duties will include:
- Taking bookings via telephone and email
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Provide Quotes to customers
- Arranging courier / express shipments
- Updating customers
- Liaising with transport & warehouse team
- Entering jobs into system
- Update POD's on all consignments Experience
- Previous customer service experience advantage (Training is provided)
- Strong Microsoft office skills, Excel, Word
- High level of attention to detail
Monday to friday 9.00-17.00pm
You must have a full 5 year checkable work history and a DBS
