Job Description

NEW VACANCY – Our client is looking for a bright, experienced customer services & operations clerk to join their Heathrow courier / Express division.Duties include:

Daily Duties will include:

  • Taking bookings via telephone and email
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Provide Quotes to customers
  • Arranging courier / express shipments
  • Updating customers
  • Liaising with transport & warehouse team
  • Entering jobs into system
  • Update POD's on all consignments Experience
  • Previous customer service experience advantage (Training is provided)
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, Excel, Word
  • High level of attention to detail

Monday to friday 9.00-17.00pm

You must have a full 5 year checkable work history and a DBS
