We are looking for a COURIER CUSTOMER SERVICES / LOGISTICS CLERK!

What you’ll be doing Arranging daily collections and deliveries with approved courier providers Booking domestic and international shipments through courier portals Preparing shipping labels, customs documentation and delivery paperwork Tracking shipments and proactively dealing with any delivery issues or delays Keeping customers and internal teams updated on delivery progress Working closely with the warehouse team to prioritise urgent shipments Helping with stock movements and general warehouse administration when needed Making sure orders are packed and dispatched accurately and within agreed timeframes Getting involved in the day-to-day running of a busy logistics operation Carrying out lifting and manual handling safely and in line with company guidelines What we are looking for!
