We are recruiting for a Courier Business Development Manager to join our client's team in West Drayton. This role would suit someone with at least 6 months of experience in courier sales, outbound sales, or a call centre environment who is looking to develop their career within the logistics industry.
This is a field-based sales role focused on generating new business, attending client meetings, and building strong customer relationships.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission and performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities within your assigned area
- Make outbound sales calls to arrange appointments
- Attend client meetings and convert prospects into customers
- Work towards and exceed sales targets
- Follow up leads via phone and email
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Promote domestic and international courier services
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 6 months experience within sales, telesales, courier sales, or a call centre role
- Confident attending face-to-face meetings and making cold calls
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
