We're looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic team and ensure the smooth handling of customer shipments from booking's to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and proactively track PODs (Proof of Deliveries) to ensure timely delivery

Investigate and resolve misrouted or lost shipments

Handle all incoming customer calls with confidence and professionalism

Accurately complete daily and monthly logistics and service reports

Make bookings using our in-house systems efficiently

Address customer queries or direct them to appropriate departments promptly

Liaise with domestic and international agents and managers to ensure shipment updates are communicated to clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients

Assist in the coordination and execution of distribution projects as needed

Provide accurate quotations to clients and source special service options when required

Understand and advise on key customs procedures and export requirements
Key Skills:

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Experience in logistics, freight, or a similar operations-focused environment

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Confident using internal systems and reporting tools

A team player with initiative and attention to detail

Knowledge of international shipping processes and customs requirements (preferred)
Monday to Friday 9.00-18.00pm
