We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and friendly client based near Heathrow for an experienced Cargo Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in cargo operations, reservations, customer service, and logistics to play a key role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete end-to-end booking process for cargo shipments
  • Dealing with cargo reservations and bookings
  • Liaise effectively with UK freight forwarders, overseas offices, and airline partners
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in both internal and airline systems
  • Oversee and manage pre-bookings, ensuring capacity is optimised
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries via phone and email
  • Monitor and manage space allocation and booking priorities
  • Provide tracking updates and post-flight information to clients
  • Support service recovery processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in cargo handling within an Airline, GSSA, or Freight Forwarder
