We are recruiting for a CargoWise Administrator to join our client's team based near Heathrow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CargoWise professional with 3-5 years' hands-on experience using the CargoWise platform within the freight forwarding industry. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, good IT knowledge, and the ability to support users while maintaining and improving CargoWise processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the CargoWise system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
  • Provide first-line support for CargoWise users, resolving system issues and user queries
  • Log, monitor, and manage support tickets through to resolution
  • Assist with CargoWise upgrades, implementations, integrations, and system enhancements
  • Deliver user training and ongoing guidance to maximise system efficiency
  • Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Provide support across Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
