Exciting opportunity to join an airline based at Heathrow as a Cargo Sales Agent, working closely with the UK Cargo Manager and sales team to support customer accounts and drive cargo growth.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Salary: Up to £28,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Cargo Manager and sales team with customer accounts and performance tracking
  • Handle sales enquiries via phone and email, maximising revenue opportunities
  • Manage bookings, pricing, and cargo space allocation
  • Maintain accurate records of rates, contracts, and tariffs
  • Liaise with customers, handling agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with reports, project shipments, and resolving discrepancies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support across operations when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Customer service experience (cargo/aviation desirable)
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Good IT skills
  • Airport or cargo operations experience is a plus
