Join a leading name in time critical logistics and the aerospace sector! We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Aerospace Clerk to become part of a fast-paced, high performing team where no two days are ever the same.

About the Role:

As an Aerospace Clerk, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing multimodal shipments (air, road, and sea) to ensure on-time deliveries for our global clients. You’ll work closely with airlines, hauliers, and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly in a time-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle import and export shipments (air, road, and sea) from start to finish
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers to provide shipment updates
  • Monitor and track consignments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support the wider operations team with day-to-day logistics coordination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a freight forwarding or logistics operations role (aerospace or time-critical experience a plus!)
  • Strong understanding of multimodal transport (air, road, and/or sea)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • IT literate, with experience using logistics or freight systems
