- Ensurealldocumentationisaccurateandprocessedinatimelymanner
- Arrangecollectionsanddeliveries,ensuringdeadlinesandservicelevelsaremet
- Monitorshipmentprogressandproactivelyresolveanydelaysorissues
- Calculateandmanagecosting,invoicing,andchargeableservices
