KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manageairfreightimportshipmentsfromarrivalthroughtofinaldelivery
  • CompleteandsubmitcustomsentriesinlinewithHMRCregulations
  • Ensurealldocumentationisaccurateandprocessedinatimelymanner
  • Arrangecollectionsanddeliveries,ensuringdeadlinesandservicelevelsaremet
  • Monitorshipmentprogressandproactivelyresolveanydelaysorissues
  • Calculateandmanagecosting,invoicing,andchargeableservices
  • Maintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,providingregularupdatesandhighlevelsofcustomerservice
  • Ensurecompliancewithallcustomsproceduresandcompanypolicies
  • Workcloselywithinternaldepartmentstoensuresmoothoperationalflow

Requirements:

  • Minimumof12years+experienceinairfreightimports(end-to-end)

  • FamiliaritywithCargowiseandSequoiasystemsishighlydesirable
