My client are a well established, expanding freight forwarder looking for an Accounts person with ACCA qualification to join their busy team.

Daily duties will include:

  • Processing day to day transactions
  • Preparing management accounts
  • Accounts recievables
  • Accounts payables
  • Credit Control
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Handling queries
  • Producing customer statements on a monthly basis
  • Supplier accounts reconciliations
  • Process supplier payments and refunds
  • VAT returns
  • Inputting company expenses

Experience needed:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Managing processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Experience using an accounting software ideally SAGE
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Working hours:

  • Monday – friday 0900am – 1730pm, NOT HYBRID
