We are recruiting for an accounts clerk to join a growing team with freight forwarding Monday to Friday pm.
As an Accounts Assistant, daily duties will include:
- Process supplier invoices and manage invoice exceptions
- Reconcile supplier statements and monitor credit terms
- Produce payment runs and accurately allocate payments
- Liaise with stations, suppliers and operational teams to resolve queries
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold our core values
About You
- 2+ years experience in an accounting team (freight forwarding experience)
- Confident with Microsoft Office; BOXTOP and SAGE experience an advantage
- Full UK drivers licence, own vehicle, and within commuting distance of Heathrow advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Organised, proactive, and able to meet multiple deadlines
