Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Pricing Co-Ordinator to join their team in Shepperton.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to support the pricing within the freight and logistics industry. You will be responsible for sourcing competitive rates, preparing quotations and ensuring pricing information is accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for Air, Ocean, Road and Customs services.
- Source competitive rates from carriers, suppliers and overseas partners.
- Support the Sales Team with pricing requests and customer tenders.
- Maintain accurate pricing records using CargoWise.
- Follow up on outstanding rates and quotations.
- Assist with market research, reporting and pricing analysis.
- Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve rates and commercial terms.
About You
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn.
Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, pricing or transport is desirable. Knowledge of CargoWise and international freight processes would be an advantage.
