NEW VACANCY – We are recruiting for a fully experienced AOG import / export clerk to work on our clients night shift! The training will be office based but once completed this is a remote / working from home position. Hours will be Monday – Friday 22. 30pm – 07. 00am – Flexibility required and overtime paid for any extra. You must have freight forwarding experience working within imports and exports and be fully conversant with customs entries and completing customs entries using CDS. Experience of e-customs and Boxtop also preferred. You must also have a good understanding and working knowledge of aerospace / AOG shipments. Duties include: – Completing full customs entries for both imports and exports – Offering quotations and negotiating rates – Processing post flights , cutting awb’s / hawb’s and mawb’s – Invoicing & billing clients – Resolving queries – Arranging urgent / time critical shipments for both imports and exports.
