This is a 4 on, 4 off night shift role, working 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. The successful candidate will have previous import and export experience and be confident managing Arospace shipments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent operational support
- Take ownership of customer service delivery and operational requirements.
- Follow up and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner.
- Complete import and export customs entries from start to finish.
- Coordinate and manage time-critical express shipments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up existing business through telephone calls.
- Prepare and provide customer quotations.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in import and export operations is essential.
- Experience completing customs entries from start to finish.
- Experience using BoxTop and Cargowise software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
