We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator who is fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese to join a busy freight forwarding company, primarily supporting import clients based in China.
The role will involve managing customer enquiries and queries, providing shipment updates through track and trace, liaising with final-mile delivery carriers and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. Communication will be via email, WeChat, WhatsApp and occasional face-to-face meetings, with interpreter support where required.
You will also assist with financial queries, support the operations and finance teams, and ensure customers receive a professional, efficient and responsive service throughout the import process.
Monday - Friday office based fully - NOT REMOTE
