We're looking for an experienced Sea Freight Import Clerk to join a busy logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sea import shipments from start to finish.
- FCL / LCL
- Complete customs import entries.
- Liaise with overseas agents, customers and internal teams.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely invoicing.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Sea Freight Imports.
- Customs knowledge is essential.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast paced environment.
