About the Roles:
Temporary Recruitment Consultant – Hot DeskHit the ground running with a fast-paced, high-volume temporary desk. With live jobs ready to fill and clients raring to go, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, reactive environment. Your day will include:
- Managing live client accounts and urgent bookings
- Interviewing, screening, and onboarding temporary staff
- Coordinating daily shift cover and availability
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
Step into a desk with existing perm business. You'll focus on nurturing current relationships, building new ones, and delivering high-quality permanent placements. Perfect for someone who enjoys a more consultative recruitment style. Your day will include:
- Managing permanent vacancies and the full recruitment cycle
- Interviewing and matching candidates to client needs
- Developing warm leads and expanding business opportunities
- Delivering a tailored, professional service
