We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor on a permanent basis in London. This exciting opportunity involves managing large-scale data centre projects, overseeing all aspects of construction and ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage full lifecycle delivery of construction projects, with a focus on data centre builds.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective planning and execution.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and risks, maintaining full accountability from start to finish.
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards, quality guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Monitor site activity, lead site meetings, and provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive resolution of technical and logistical issues that may arise during the project.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation throughout the delivery process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally on data centre or large-scale commercial projects.
  • Solid understanding of M&E systems and coordination within complex builds.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is advantageous.
