Role Overview
Pertemps are pleased to be working with a leading UK distributor in the power sector. Join a team of technical specialists managing plastic pipes, fittings, and related products for the Construction and Utility sectors. You will interact with customers to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and interpret their requirements.
- Provide accurate and competitive quotes.
- Follow up to secure orders and resolve any technical or delivery issues.
- Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and stock availability.
- Identify new prospects and prioritize daily tasks.
- Occasional picking/packing as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years sales office experience, ideally in a technical environment.
- Ability to generate quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage accounts independently.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
