Key Accountabilities:

- Demonstrating strong product knowledge across our ranges, from food to gifting
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets while maintaining a service-first approach

You will have experience within a premium or luxury hospitality environment and understand the importance of providing impeccable service, attention to detail, and a highly personalised guest experience.
