Ladurée is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail & Coffee Sales Associates to join the Heathrow Airport team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment, serving customers from around the world while representing one of the most prestigious French luxurybrands.
This role combines luxury retail, coffee preparation and exceptional customer service.
You will beresponsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, preparing high-quality hot beverages, maintaining impeccable store standards and supporting the team during busy trading periods.
Key responsibilities include
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience to international travellers
- Welcome every customer warmly and confidently promote Ladurée products
- Assist customers with product recommendations, gifting and purchases
- Deliver efficient service while maintaining Ladurée's luxury standards
- Prepare high-quality coffees, teas and other hot beverages following Ladurée recipes andstandards
- Keep the coffee preparation area clean and fully stocked
- Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Promote seasonal collections, gifting and limited editions
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets

The ideal candidate will
- Have previous retail, hospitality or coffee shop experience
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer service
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy international airport
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation
Please note this role is based within Heathrow Airport.
Successful candidates must
- Be eligible to obtain a Heathrow Airport Airside Pass
- Hold a valid passport and right to work document
- Be able to successfully complete a five-year employment history check
- Successfully pass a criminal record (DBS) check and all airport security screening
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be willing to provide all documentation required by Heathrow Airport security
- Employment is conditional upon successfully obtaining the required airport security clearance.
