The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Working as part of integrated teams in a live operational airport, you will carry out soft strip and demolition works within terminal buildings while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dismantling and removing internal & external fixtures and fittings including Cladding, Ceilings, Walls, Floors and Furniture & fittings
  • Use of hand tools and power tools (e.g., reciprocating saws)
  • Safe manual handling and segregation of demolition waste
  • Supporting skilled trades where required
  • Securing temporary works
  • Remaining alert to site traffic management and airside logistics operations
  • Following strict safe systems of work in a highly regulated environment

Working Hours:

Days: 07:30 – 17:00 (Monday–Friday) OR Nights: 19:30 – 04:00 (Monday–Friday)

About You:

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid CCDO Demolition Card (Green / Red / Blue)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Photo ID & proof of address
  • Previous demolition / strip-out experience on construction sites
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow safe systems of work

You must also be able to:

  • Pass a criminal record check
  • Provide a 5-year employment/address history check
  • Have lived in the UK for the past 5 years
  • Complete an online aviation security training course
  • Participate in random drug & alcohol testing
