Epinion are seeking a self‑motivated and energetic Market Research Interviewer to join its team in Heathrow Airport. The role is 3 days per week over a 7‑day period, including 1 weekend day. The purpose of this role is to carry out face‑to‑face interviews with passengers on subjects such as their satisfaction with their airport visit, what they did whilst at the airport and other passenger‑related topics. The role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as being able to use an iPad to complete the interviews.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good mobility as the job involves moving around all areas of the airport.
  • A polite, professional manner and presentable appearance.
  • Ability to use an iPad.
  • Fluent English.

As applicants will be working in security cleared areas, all will be required to have a full CRB check.
