Superdryare seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Brand Lead (Supervisor) to join their team at Heathrow!

Key responsibilities
- Be a brand ambassador by role modelling our behaviours, values and style
- Put values and consumers at the heart of everything you do
- Passionately use your local knowledge and sales expertise to deliver the ultimate brand experience
- Be a positive role model for others, building trust through collaboration and open and honest communication
- Effectively coordinate the team across operational tasks, guiding them with your operational expertise
- Support and motivate your teammates to deliver amazing levels of service
- Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Superdry store look, ensuring your store looks amazing
- Become an expert in our style choices and bring these to life for our consumers
- Embrace the Superdry culture and take every opportunity to share this with your colleagues
- Support with key compliance tasks where needed including loss prevention and health and safety
- Maintain a good commercial awareness of your store, understanding the KPI's required and bring fresh ideas to the leadership team to drive performance against them
- Hold keys for the store and take responsibility for opening and closing, including cash handling
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion, energy and enthusiasm for the brand. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong retail and supervisory experience
- Thrives in challenging and fast paced environments
- A ct as a positive role model for others & share your passion to positively influence your team
- Loves to learn and has a willingness to build skills through experience and challenges
- Enjoys collaborating with people and working in a team to get results as well as lone working
- Organised, and uses time purposefully/effectively

- Experienced Supervisor in sales and operations in store
