Known for its vibrant atmosphere and fresh, seasonal dishes, Bill’s is the perfect spot for travellers looking for a memorable pre‑flight experience. Bill’s is looking for a dedicated Back of House Team Leader to help drive excellence in our kitchen. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards and service runs efficiently. You’ll lead, inspire and support your colleagues throughout service, help manage stock and food safety practices, and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and high performance
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and cleanliness standards
