The Restaurant Group is seeking friendly and professional bartenders to join our team at Heathrow Airport. The role is focused on delivering an unforgettable guest experience and providing excellent hospitality at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent and professional service at all times.
  • Assist the bar team, ensuring no guest is kept waiting.
  • Report items running low to the kitchen and re‑stock as needed.
  • Operate within appropriate outlet and liquor licensing guidelines and lounge management policies.
  • Replenish stock as required.
  • Perform other duties as outlined by the Food & Beverage Manager and supervisor.
  • Keep food and beverage waste to a minimum.
  • Establish ongoing on‑job training programmes within the department to meet brand and service standards.
  • Use department procedure manuals as a base for all service procedures and training.
  • Induct new staff into the team.
  • Openly communicate with staff, ensuring regular briefings and passing on all relevant information.

Qualifications

  • 5‑year work/education history required.
  • Criminal record check required.
  • Flexibility in hours; airport shifts may start as early as 3am.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast‑paced airport environment.
