World Duty Free are seeking an enthusiastic and professional part time Night Replenishment Assistant to join their team. The Night Replenishment Assistant is responsible for ensuring all stock is delivered and merchandised to the required standards on the shop floor, while delivering exceptional operational standards to teams and partners within their Airport stores.
As a Replenishment Assistant your key responsibilities include:
- Working with Front of House colleagues to respond appropriately to customer queries
- Actively contributing to store standards by following company merchandising standards (lineage, ticketing, correct level of fill & POS)
- Delivering world class service and maintaining operational standards on the shop floors and WDFG stock rooms
- Greeting, acknowledging and assisting with customer needs to exceed customer expectations
- Understanding and implementing correct Planogram compliance
- Maintaining up to date product and promotion knowledge to support sales colleagues
- Shift pattern between the hours of 23:00 to 05:00.
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about providing exceptional operations standards. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
