Known for its vibrant atmosphere and fresh, seasonal dishes, Bill’s is the perfect spot for travellers looking for a memorable pre-flight experience. Bills are looking for a dedicated Front of House Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring service is efficient, welcoming, and consistently delivered to the highest standards.
You’ll lead by example, happily going the extra mile to ensure every guest has a memorable experience, while motivating and keeping your team energised and on top form throughout the shift. You’ll inspire your team and help create a vibrant, collaborative front-of-house environment where everyone feels supported and motivated.
Responsibilities:- Support the Management Team in managing daily operations and driving performance.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Contribute to team development through coaching and training.
The right candidate will:
- Have experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
