About The Role
DNATA is looking to recruit courteous and driven Customer Service Agents to join their team at Heathrow. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that passengers of their airline experience a prestige journey through the airport. This includes assisting from the passengers\’ arrival to the airline check-in desk, checking passports and visa documents, monitoring baggage weights, applying baggage charges, and delivering excellent customer service at all times. Your role will also involve meeting flight arrivals, dealing with disrupted passengers and delays, and ensuring passengers are boarded safely onto their aircraft for departure.
