Plane Food Market has completely transformed airport dining at Terminal 5. It is a high-energy, multi-brand food destination bringing four of Chef Gordon Ramsay's iconic global brands, Lucky Cat, Street Burger, Street Pizza, and Fish & Chips together under one roof. We invite travellers to fuel their journeys with genuine, premium global flavours without compromising on speed or taste.

We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Chef de Partie who thrives under pressure, loves the rhythm of a busy service, and takes pride in doing things properly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Run your assigned kitchen section with confidence, taking full responsibility for preparing, cooking, and presenting premium dishes.
  • Ensure exact consistency, flawless plating accuracy, and high-quality flavour profiles across our menu items.
  • Manage, train, and pass down your culinary skills to more junior members of the team, like our Commis Chefs.
  • Track your section's inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and communicate ingredients shortages proactively to the Sous Chef.
  • Maintain a sanitary, safe, and heavily organized workstation in strict compliance with health and food safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, quality kitchen.
  • Minimum 1 year sushi experience is also desirable.
  • Advanced culinary knowledge, excellent knife skills, and familiarity with commercial grills, fryers, and ovens.
  • A calm-under-pressure demeanour, an eager-to-learn attitude, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to work a flexible rota, including early mornings (starting from 5:00 AM), evenings, weekends, and holidays.
