The Workforce Management Lead is part of a small team responsible for managing and optimising Heathrow’s end-to-end workforce planning controls and governance. This work provides an accurate, continuous view of the organisation’s workforce and capabilities, enabling informed strategic workforce decisions.
The role has a strong operational focus, including the day-to-day running and maintenance of workforce planning controls. It also plays a key role in supporting the implementation of large-scale people, OD/OE programmes, as well as embedding new technologies and automation.
In addition, the role will drive best practice in how Heathrow delivers this critical OE function. By maintaining a clear and robust understanding of workforce and organisational analytics, the business is better equipped to make strategic workforce planning decisions that support the delivery of Heathrow’s business vision.
