Responsibilities include managing and optimising Heathrow's workforce planning controls and governance to help establish and build the new organisation for Heathrow's expansion, ensuring accurate visibility of workforce data for strategic decision making.
Supporting and helping to deliver major Organisation Design, Organisation Effectiveness and People Change programmes.
Maintaining and improving organisation charts and the organisational baseline, driving automation and simplification where possible.
Managing and enhancing the Job Description (JD) bank, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to standards and principles.
Analysing workforce data to identify trends, patterns and improvement opportunities, such as attrition, to help drive effective workforce management.
Personal flexibility, agility and resilience to adapt to changing organisational needs.
Strong collaboration and communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business, an ability to challenge appropriately and to be able to hold others to account.
Extremely well organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include previous experience of working in a workforce management role, in a complex organisation, and proven strong Excel and data skills.
