The role brings together employers, supply chains, educators, local authorities, community and youth organisations to create inclusive talent pipelines, with a strong focus on young people, SEND learners and groups facing barriers to opportunity.
The role is responsible for consulting with stakeholders on the Economic Development Framework to ensure diverse voices are heard, analysed and turned into an inclusive skills strategy for the statutory Development Consent Order submission.
The role also embeds measurable social value, inclusion and impact reporting across skills partnerships, ensuring that investment in skills delivers tangible outcomes and long‑term benefits for local communities, the wider economy and our business. Please note this is a 12 month FTC.
