Our Solutions team covers project management, process improvement, business change, technology, cyber defence, master planning, infrastructure and procurement. Your role will involve:
- Work collaboratively with teams across Heathrow to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Support the delivery of change initiatives using data, insight and continuous improvement methods.
- Use process mapping and structured problem-solving techniques to assess ways of working and recommend improvements.
- Partner with Data Analytics colleagues to support data-led decision making and track benefits.
- Help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the operation.
- Build strong working relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for process-related advice.
