As part of our Talent & Learning leadership team, you will set the vision for extraordinary colleague experiences - digital, in-person, and blended. You will lead a hybrid team of internal experts and external creative partners, champion agile ways of working, and own the content strategy for our learning platforms. Job Description- Leading the creative vision for all talent and learning experiences - digital, in-person, and blended, ensuring they are bold, inclusive, and future-focused.
- Shaping and governing design standards (using 5Di methodology) and frameworks that guarantee consistency, quality, and brand alignment across every initiative.
- Owning the content strategy for Heathrow's learning platforms, creating seamless, impactful digital experiences that inspire and perform.
- Driving agile ways of working, leading sprint cycles and fostering a culture of collaboration, rapid feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritising and allocating resources across a dynamic portfolio, ensuring the right creative expertise is deployed where it matters most.
- Championing innovation and creativity, partnering with internal leaders and external creative specialists to deliver extraordinary colleague experiences.

- Hands-on experience with digital learning tools and authoring platforms (e.g. Evolve, Rise Articulate, LMS/LXP platforms) ensuring every solution is accessible, inclusive, and on-brand.
- Strong project management skills, including prioritising workstacks, coordinating resources, and leading agile, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder and supplier management, delivering high-quality outputs through collaboration with internal leaders and external creative partners.
- Inspirational leadership, building high-performing teams and enabling others through design resources, frameworks, and creative support.

Working LocationOur Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You will need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
