This role will co-ordinate end-to-end procurement management with a focus on Supplier Relationship Management and Sustainability. You'll be responsible for delivery of contract assurance services including best practice principles in respect of the formation and administration of contracts and monitoring of contract compliance within internal governance/audit frameworks, managing a number of complex services across the OPEX category.
Responsibilities:
- Full end to end procurement lifecycle
- Delivery of robust contractual documentation including drafting and negotiation, liaising with contract and legal departments, contract assurance and support services including the delivery of all centralised contract amendments for the category for both Services and Products
- Maintaining well-informed effective category plans and developing strategies which will be presented to relevant senior stakeholders, using creative commercial models, market leading technology and trends that will drive regulatory compliance and a competitive edge for the business
- Constructively challenging business plans and strategy documents with stakeholders and peers to ensure robustness of approach that maximises commercial opportunity and mitigates risk
- Executing sourcing activity in line with Heathrow governance procedures, driving best in class behaviours
- Maintaining agreed processes for supplier management, claims management, benefits and savings and continuous improvement targets whilst meeting all contract, regulatory, risk-reward and exit strategy requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience within the Procurement lifecycle and Contracting models
- Experience in Contract drafting, management, reviewing and negotiation
- Experience delivering multiple projects to meet stakeholder requirements, key SLA's, targets and achievement of Key Performance Indicators through strong Supplier & Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Can Demonstrate Contract and Supplier Management Experience
- Stakeholder Management and requirements gathering
- CIPS or equivalent (desirable)

Working Location:
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
