Description
As a People Services Support Team Member, you will deliver agreed People Services activities in line with business requirements and relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
Delivering a great customer experience to our colleagues is central to this role.
You will act as a professional, timely, and high‑quality first point of contact for HR‑related queries across the organisation.
You will resolve queries at the earliest opportunity, using sound judgement to escalate more complex cases where appropriate, always ensuring a positive and supportive colleague experience.
Please note this is a 12 month FTC.
Responsibilities
- Deliver defined People Services activities in line with business requirements.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring data is checked and input accurately.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships within the People Services team and with wider stakeholders.
- Ensure all received data is accurately recorded in Heathrow systems, providing a clear and auditable trail of documentation and actions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to process improvement and change initiatives.
Examples of duties
- Complete employment references for current and former employees.
- Respond to Tier 1 HR queries received via telephone, email, and service requests, resolving queries at first point of contact wherever possible.
Qualifications
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, demonstrating a flexible and agile approach.
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering a positive and professional experience.
