You will work with stakeholders including Operations, Team Heathrow, airline partners and internal programme teams to support clear communication, governance and shared understanding of programme activity.This role will operate in a complex stakeholder environment and will need to balance the needs of the internal audience - programme team, sponsors, Heathrow's development portfolio and wider functional and operational teams with the engagement our external stakeholders/ key customers.The Programme stakeholder engagement manager should understand the link between programme objectives and realisation of benefits and ensure the engagement framework/ strategy supports this.
