This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Heathrow's future by driving both the development and delivery of the airport's strategic ambitions. As part of a forward-thinking Strategy team, you'll work across a broad agenda, from exploring innovative technologies and future opportunities to defining and delivering the strategic initiatives that will shape Heathrow's long-term success.
As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will lead complex, high-profile projects from end to end. This includes framing strategic questions, analysing data and insights, developing and evaluating options, and presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders to build alignment and support.
You'll bring a highly analytical and structured approach to problem solving, coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity and turn complex challenges into actionable strategies. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will build strong relationships, influence decision-making, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.

Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience in aviation, transport, or infrastructure sectors
- Knowledge of sustainability in strategic planning
- Advanced financial modelling and business case development skills
Monitor market, customer and competitor trends to identify strategic opportunities and inform Heathrow's long-term direction. Partner with the Executive team and senior leaders to shape corporate strategy and support Board-level decision-making and communications. Drive alignment between corporate and functional strategies, building strong relationships across the business to enable successful delivery. Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through to execution, collaborating closely with Finance, PMO and key stakeholders. Apply rigorous analysis, strategic modelling and data-driven insights to solve business challenges and evaluate strategic options. Champion innovation and continuous improvement, while coaching and supporting analysts to build capability across the Strategy team.
