Join Heathrow’s Digital team as a Senior Product Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of passenger and operational experiences across our digital platforms. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key digital channels such as web, mobile apps, and kiosks, ensuring they meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. Working under a SAFe Agile framework, you will guide squads to deliver seamless integration across APIs and enterprise systems. Your contribution will directly influence how passengers interact with Heathrow, making their journeys smoother and more connected.

You’ll be part of a Customer team that drives our profitability across everything from retail, property and airport transport, through to passenger services, forecasting and contracts with airlines. Customer insight is at the heart of what we do, supported by a strong commercial strategy. Proven experience in product management or product ownership within large, complex organisations. Strong track record managing digital platforms (web, mobile apps, kiosks) and API integrations. Experience with SAFe Agile or other scaled agile frameworks. Knowledge of Adobe and Salesforce platforms. Ability to deliver compliant digital solutions in regulated environments. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple digital touchpoints, from vision to delivery and continuous improvement. Define and deliver product North Star and back-logs aligned with Heathrow’s digital ambitions and passenger needs. Lead development and integration of web, mobile, and kiosk solutions, leveraging APIs for enhanced capabilities. Collaborate closely with journey squads, technology teams, and business stakeholders to prioritise and deliver measurable outcomes. Ensure full compliance with accessibility, security, and regulatory standards. Champion agile practices and data driven decision making to optimise platform performance and user experience.
