As a Salesforce Architect, you will join our Digital and Technology team, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and solution designers to deliver cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. Your role will focus on architecting and optimising Commerce Cloud and Order Management capabilities to support Heathrow’s retail and service operations. You will define technical standards, ensure best practices, and guide the design of integrated solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Commerce Cloud and Order Management.
