In this role, you will design and deliver high-quality digital learning content using innovative and user-focused approaches. You will work at the heart of Heathrow’s digital learning transformation, creating solutions that are scalable, engaging and aligned with brand and accessibility standards. Success in this role means delivering impactful learning, supporting collaboration and driving operational excellence across the business.

Working Location: Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.

Proven experience in creating digital content for learning or similar environments. Ability to produce multimedia content including video, graphics, and interactive resources. Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-driven design tools. Understanding of accessibility, brand design, and digital learning best practice. Excellent communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideally, you'll also have: Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Evolve and Articulate. Familiarity with agile methodologies and human-centred design. Working knowledge of SharePoint portal design and content strategy.
Designing and producing high-quality digital learning content that aligns with Heathrow’s strategic priorities and accessibility standards. Developing and implementing eLearning modules and digital resources that engage and support learner needs. Creating performance aids and multimedia content that enhance workplace effectiveness. Collaborating with Talent & Learning Managers and external partners to deliver innovative digital learning solutions. Contributing digital expertise to sprint-based projects and co-creating targeted learning campaigns. Championing digital learning innovation and ensuring all outputs reflect Heathrow’s tone and design standards.
