You’ll guide the strategic direction, governance, and delivery of digital products that enable one of the world’s busiest airports to operate efficiently and sustainably. This role plays a critical part in Heathrow’s digital transformation agenda, ensuring that technology investment delivers measurable business and customer outcomes.QualificationsExperience managing enterprise technology products across their full lifecycle, including transition and live operation.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and across diverse teams.Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and technology assurance principles.Experience working in complex, regulated, or safety-critical environments.Ability to define and track product outcomes, KPIs, and measurable benefits.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.Ideally, you'll also haveExperience with Agile delivery methods, ideally within a SAFe environment.Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar product management tools.Experience in aviation, infrastructure, or large-scale operational environments.ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the strategic direction for technology products supporting Heathrow’s expansion and digital transformation goals.Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, Data & AI, and Digital Transformation to align product roadmaps with business priorities.Oversee the full lifecycle of IT products, from discovery and design through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with Heathrow’s technology, data and AI governance, and cybersecurity & data protection standards across all products.Engage with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure quality, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.Facilitate collaboration across in-house and supplier teams to deliver secure, high-performing technology solutions.About the organizationWhen it comes to pioneering ambition, there’s no place like Heathrow.Our Heathrow Expansion programme offers a unique and exciting opportunity to play a defining role in one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.You’ll help shape a national legacy that millions will experience for decades to come, as we deliver the third runway, improve passenger experience, stimulate jobs and opportunities across the UK, and strengthen the global connectivity that powers trade and travel.Modernising and expanding the UK’s only hub airport and critical national infrastructure whilst keeping it fully operational and safe, creates a pace and complexity unlike other major programmes. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
