You will provide clarity to strategic choices, enabling Heathrow to deliver sustainable growth, balance risk, and optimise investment in infrastructure. By influencing key financial decisions, you will directly contribute to the success of one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering financial insight to guide decisions and challenge assumptions. Success in this role means effective partnering with key stakeholders in building robust business cases, ensuring informed choices, and driving value for Heathrow and its stakeholders.

  • Experience in business partnering within capital investment environments
  • Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders to deliver financial value
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen with a strategic outlook
  • Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant, or extensive QBE experience

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects or regulated industries
  • Experience in benefits tracking and investment appraisal
  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide analysis and insight that informs financial decision making
  • Challenging cost drivers and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maximise value
